Rakaposhi Technologies (SMS- Private) Limited believes in transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for our services.

Due to the nature of digital, technical, and service-based solutions, all sales are considered final, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• SMS setup, routing, or activation fees

• Software development or customization work

• Website design and development services

• API integrations and technical configurations

• Domain registration, hosting, and server services

• Any service that has already been initiated or delivered

Once work has started, no refund will be issued.

3. Eligible Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)

• Service was not initiated at all

• A written agreement explicitly mentions refund eligibility

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

• A project is canceled before completion

• A portion of the service has already been delivered

Any costs already incurred (setup, labor, third-party charges) will be deducted.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request service cancellation by written notice

• Cancellation does not guarantee a refund

• Recurring services must be canceled before the next billing cycle

• Late cancellation may result in charges for the next cycle

6. Third-Party Charges

Refunds do not cover:

• Payment gateway fees

• Bank charges

• SMS operator or telecom charges

• Domain registrars or hosting providers

These charges are non-recoverable.

7. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

8. Misuse & Policy Violation

No refund will be provided if:

• Services are misused or used for illegal activities

• SMS or systems are used for spam, fraud, or abuse

• Terms & Conditions are violated

We reserve the right to suspend services without refund in such cases.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once published on our website.
